Rutherford County Rescue Crew provides Rescue services and back up ambulance service for Rutherford County EMS.

We operate out of a base located in Forest City on Bus. Hwy 74 and also in Cliffside.

We currently operate (5) NC Certified Ambulances, a Medium Duty Rescue Unit certified by NC Assoc of Rescue & EMS, (2) Boats and a QRV. (quick response vehicle)
